DETAILS

Class will be in Suite 111, LA DANCE STUDIO. Dance Experience is recommended to take this class. Class will include stretching, walk exercises, heel technique & a minute long choreography that includes floor work and a play of textures. Bring knee pads, water, and a sweat towel.
